We complete our quick due diligence; we’ll send everything over to a trusted third-party title company to handle the closing. This helps protect both the buyer and the seller and keeps the process safe and straightforward. You’ll have the option to close remotely with a notary at a location that works best for you, or you can choose to close in person at the title company. We’ll coordinate the closing date and time to make everything as smooth and convenient as possible for you.
